I'm Sahar — a Senior Product Designer with 11+ years of experience, including nine years in healthcare and other regulated environments. I've had the opportunity to work with two HealthTech companies recognized in TIME's World's Top HealthTech Companies 2025: CancerIQ and Medrio.

I work end-to-end — discovery through launch — and I'm at home in fast-growth teams where ambiguity is the default. My core skill is simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences, especially when the domain is dense and the stakes are high.

At CancerIQ I lead end-to-end design for our cancer risk assessment and genetic testing platforms — building workflows for patient intake, clinician dashboards, and care coordination tools, and translating complex clinical and genetic data into intuitive, actionable interfaces.

AI in my design workflow. I've integrated Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable into my day-to-day practice — using them to accelerate ideation, generate and stress-test UI concepts, rapidly prototype interactive flows, and synthesize research notes into actionable insights. AI doesn't replace the craft; it lets me explore more directions, validate faster with real users, and spend more time on the decisions that actually matter.

At Medrio I grew from Jr UX/UI Designer to Senior across nearly seven years. I designed enterprise SaaS for clinical trials, created the company-wide design system and detailed user personas, and partnered with PMs to redesign workflows that simplified compliance-heavy processes into clear, user-friendly experiences for researchers and administrators.
